In order to help keep our annual Toys-for-Tots collection going, we will be hosting our annual Chili Cook-Off in the Smyrna tap room. This is a friendly competition, open to anyone who wants to offer their best recipe and to those who want to try said recipes!The Alchemist encourages creativity! Props are welcome... add-ons are encouraged... fun will be had!
To enter, you will need to:
🌶️ Register at the tap room before November 30th (spaces are limited).
🌶️ Use a mead in your recipe. We will provide a complimentary 375ml bottle of Solifaction to use in your chili or $12 off another mead to add to your chili.
🌶️ Confirm that you will be able to attend in person.
🌶️ Commit to offering 3-5 quarts of chili.
🌶️ Provide your own crock pot or similar to serve from.
🌶️ Must provide a list of ingredients for allergy purposes.
To Judge:
🗳️ You must bring an unwrapped new toy to the tap room.
🗳️ Each judge will be given one token to vote for their favorite chili per toy brought. ***5 token limit.
Judging will be held from 2:00 - 6:00 (subject to change) with winners announced in the tap room that evening.
If we have more than 5 entries to the cookoff the first prize will be a One Year Horn Club Membership, an $1,800 value (if you are wildly diligent!)
