Jul joined us for the September 6th Reset & Renew and is excited to return and bathe you with the medicine of sound. Jul is joined by Rei Blaser who will guide guests with a nurturing meditation to begin the session.
Give yourself the time to RESET—to pause clear or return to a healthy baseline state emotionally mentally and physically. Step back from harmful patterns stressors or overwhelming emotions to create space for restoration.
As we transition from our beloved departed Jeffrey facilitating these sessions we are regrouping to discover facilitators who will participate by offering various sound healings or other offerings.
