6pm Breath & Sound Bath with Aerial Hammocks or Futon Mattress

`Join Wellness Within and I for a soothing restorative evening of Breath & Sound

There is the option of Aerial Hammocks or Single Futon Mats to choose from

Nicola from Wellness Within will guide you through a short breath practice to soothe the nervous system and prepare for the sound bath

A perfect way to prepare for a peaceful nights sleep and to process the week

It is opposite the doggy day care building and there is a black and white flag on the roof.

This venue is not accesible there are a number of steps to access the space

There is plenty of free on street parking available

What to bring /wear

Make sure you wear something comfortable and warm

We do have some blankets and eye masks but if you prefer do bring your own

By taking part, you agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your own self-care beyond this session. The facilitators cannot be held responsible for any mental, physical or emotional challenges that may arise during and after taking part in breathwork.
