Floating Sound Bath

About

Welcome to our Floating Sound Bath - multi-sensory experience like no other 🤍

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a sound healing journey that helps to relax the body, calm the mind and heal the soul. The vibrations from our healing instruments can be felt around and inside the pool, activating the bodies natural healing systems and forcing the brain into a theta state, which can induce strong internal focus, meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness.

What are the benefits of a sound bath?

Benefits of a sound bath and reaching the theta state include healing for the body, healing from emotional trauma, stress and anxiety reduction, deep relaxation, boost to the immune system, lowers blood pressure, increased creativity, better sleep.

What do we float on?

Each person is given a double air bed for maximum comfort. Blankets, pillows and eye masks are also provided. The float is held tightly by our team as you embark onto it to ensure only your feet go into the water.

Will we get wet?

As with any activity involving water there are chances of splashes here and there but on the whole you should stay dry. Stepping into the pool in order to sit on the float is necessary so please wear loose fitting clothing, shorts ideally, so this isn’t an issue. Changing rooms are available should you wish to change onsite. Please arrive in time for this.

How do we get on the float?

It’s really simple and easy, simply step into the pool onto the first step, sit on the float and swing your legs round into a laid down position. We’ll then get you comfortable with a cushion and eye mask and cozy with a blanket.

Do we bring anything?

Nothing but an open mind and open heart ready to receive some healing. A change of bottoms may be a good idea in case yours get wet on entry or exiting the pool. Everything else is provided for you, blankets, pillows, eye masks and bottled water for after the session. You are welcome to bring any crystals or items to hold with you during the session, we ask small crystals are in a bag so they don’t get lost.
