Also known as “The Yoga of Awareness,” Kundalini Yoga practices activate the Universal, Creative Life Force energy to heal and revitalize the body, neutralize and stabilize the mind, balance the emotions and elevate the spirit.
Using very specific sequences of postures, breath practices, mantras (sound/chanting), mudras (hand positions), visualization and meditation techniques under the guidance of a teacher, the Kundalini awakening process unfolds safely, gradually and naturally. As your human awareness aligns directly with your Higher Consciousness, you enter into the powerful frequency and flow of your unique Destiny within the reality your daily life.

Throughout the Six Modules you will gain an intellectual, experiential, transformational and somatic embodied understanding of the following and attain the knowledge, skills and confidence to teach a full Kundalini Yoga class or offer modified practices to complement your preferred modality of healing:

Jenny Clarke brings her vast knowledge, wisdom and passion for the path and practices of yoga from 25 years of dedicated study in various Eastern spiritual philosophical traditions and Western psychology with a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology. She completed her 200 hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at the Baba Siri Chand Ashram in Altamonte Springs, Florida in 2018 and has been teaching and leading workshops at One Yoga and Fitness since its opening.
