🧙♂️ 60-Card Commander Tournament Rules
⚔️ Deck Construction
- 60 cards total, including 1 commander.
- Only one copy of each card is allowed, excluding basic lands.
- Starting life total is 40.
- All other rules follow standard Commander format guidelines.
🚫 Banned Cards
The following are not allowed in this tournament:
- All cards banned in traditional Commander.
- All cards listed on the MTG Game Changer ban list.
- Sol Ring.
🧩 Tournament Format
- All games are played in pods of 4 players.
- If there is an excess of players, the leftover player(s) will receive a bye worth 2 points.
- Each round lasts 1 hour.
- When time is called, the active player becomes Turn 0.
- Each player receives one final turn, including Turn 0.
🏆 Scoring System
Points are awarded at the end of each round as follows:
- 4 Points – If only one player remains or if a player wins before time is called.
- 2 Points – If 2 players remain at the end of final turns.
- 1 Point – If 3 players remain.
- 0 Points – If all 4 players remain.
🎉 Final Pod
- After all Swiss rounds, the top 4 players by points advance to the Final Pod.
- The Final Pod is untimed.
- The winner of this pod takes home a sealed Play Booster Box of Final Fantasy!
