Welcome to our 6-Week YOGA SERIES for Hip & Shoulder Mobility!

Join us starting on Mon Sep 23 2024 every MONDAY and Friday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm for a series of yoga classes focused on improving flexibility and mobility in your hips and shoulders. This in-person event will take place at 2717 Coffee Rd suite c.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this series is designed to help you move more freely and comfortably in your daily life. Our advanced yoga instructor will guide you through a variety of poses and stretches to target these key areas of the body.
