This 6-week series is designed to build resilient, sustainable movement through yoga. With an emphasis on functional mobility, stability, and balance, you’ll learn how to move more confidently and safely—whether you’re recovering from an injury, hoping to prevent one, or simply want to keep your body strong and supported for years to come. Each class blends therapeutic yoga, mindful movement, and education on how to safely improve strength and mobility. All ages and experience levels are welcome.What You’ll Gain
