Over the course of six weeks, experience the power of slowing down and tuning in. Yin Yoga focuses on long-held, gentle poses that promote deep relaxation, increased flexibility, and a sense of inner peace. It’s the perfect antidote to stress and a lovely way to reconnect with yourself.
