Come learn the absolute basics of BJJ! Everything from how to hold someone down, applying submissions, and an introduction to sparring.
About this Event

This 6 week crash course for Jiu-Jitsu is meant for complete beginners who want to see what this sport is all about. In this course expect to learn all the fundamental positions and submissions, as well as get a great workout with some great people. This will be a 6 week course meeting every Tuesday and Thursday @7pm. After the course is complete you will earn your very first stripe, and have the option to join in for our regular classes! This is a great opportunity to learn something new, and meet some great personalities.

Registration: 229$ (included is access to all classes, a training gi, and a white belt)
