A 6-week program for beginners to learn Jiu Jitsu in a safe and supportive environment. Monday through Friday at 5pm
If you can attend two classes per week you'll keep up with the curriculum, but you can attend every class if you choose to.
We will be covering the scoring system of the sport, the basis of the martial art, fundamentals submissions, escapes, positions and takedowns! See you here!
