Weightlifting is beneficial for women at any age and will not make you bulky. Rather, it can help create a lean, stronger look. It helps you build strength and muscle and reduces your risk of chronic diseases, and it can promote weight loss.
What to expect from the sessions:
Since these classes are limited to 4 people, you will get the individual attention which is hard to achieve in a big group class format.
Each session will start with strength assessment so we know where we are starting and what we've accomplished after 6 weeks are up.
Once we learn the proper forms, you can expect to see some serious volume in your workouts. I'm talking supersets, drop sets, tempo changes, and more. With each session lasting around an hour and 20 mins, which includes dynamic stretching and cool down, you'll be pushed to the limit, but I promise it will be fun!
