Our 6-Week Beginner Yoga Series is designed for those who have never stepped foot on a mat or have a very little yoga experience. This series is perfect if you’re feeling intimidated by larger studios and want a more personalized, supportive experience. Over six weeks, you’ll learn foundational yoga poses, breathing techniques, mudras, the power of OM and more in a small, welcoming class environment. With gentle, step-by-step instruction, we’ll help you build confidence in your practice at your own pace, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
