Interested in trying yoga but not sure where to start? Perhaps you know someone who is? Maybe you would feel a little more confident embarking upon your yoga journey knowing that everyone in the class is a complete beginner too, just like you?
By signing up to this 6 week course you will learn all of the basics that you need to safely and confidently practise yoga, in a fun and friendly environment.
Perfect for anyone who would like a head start on their own personal yoga journey or for those who are simply curious about yoga.
We will learn to move safely between poses with a strong focus on alignment and will look at basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditations.

Suited to women & men of all ages and fitness levels, this course will leave you feeling energised, inspired and motivated to make yoga a part of your everyday life.

It is well known that yoga practitioners tend to live long, happy, balanced and healthy lives! So book now and get ready to start your journey of self-exploration, living well and becoming more present in your life! Early booking recommended.
Join us as we work with our breath and postures to clear the energy channels, release stagnation and reestablish a sense of balance within.
We start with breath work, progress to some warming postures, building strength, then finish with soothing, long-held stretches and a relaxing savasana.
Classes are strengthening and progressive.
I vary the theme and teachings in each class to keep things interesting.
Yoga offers a plethora of potent tools for relieving stress and anxiety, improving sleep, happiness, health and focus. Our busy, overstimulated lifestyles deplete and exhaust us, playing havoc on the nervous system with all sorts of repercussions for our mental and physical health.
Join me for as we delve into the many tools that yoga has to offer to help still your busy mind, improve your sleep, find a sense of peace and balance, while reaping the profound healing benefits that a regular yoga practice offers.
We work with stress busting postures (asana), breath practices (pranayama) & mindfulness techniques which are highly effective at soothing the nerves and preventing anxiety from spiralling.

If you have to miss any classes during the term you can usually make them up by swapping classes with other students.
£15 per class - all equipment provided including mats, bolsters, fluffy blankets and organic flaxseed eye pillows.
