Discover the transformative power of Pilates in this 6-week beginner’s course! Designed for those new to Pilates, you’ll learn the fundamentals of mat work, as well as an introduction to the Pilates apparatus, Tower, Barrel, and Wunda Chair. These apparatus give amazing results and a great foundation of functional movement. Each week, our instructor will guide you through essential movements, focusing on full body and core strength, alignment, flexibility, and control. By the end of the course, you’ll build a strong foundation, enhance body awareness, and gain confidence to continue your Pilates journey. Whether you’re looking to improve posture, relieve tension, or strengthen your body, this course is the perfect place to start. What You’ll Learn: Key principles of Pilates (breath, alignment, and control). Beginner mat exercises to strengthen and stabilize your core. How to safely and effectively use the Tower, Wunda Chair and Barrel for added resistance and support. No experience necessary! If you have any past injuries or concerns please feel free to contact us in advance so we can make necessary modifications to suit you! All participants will receive a 30-minute private lesson to help you focus individual needs and goals. 30 minute private can be scheduled before the course start.
