During this series you will:
- Increase your fitness practice and even your yoga workout by reconnecting to action and alignment.
- Get the most out of your time on your mat by connecting with your energy and awareness.
- Cultivate deep listening each time you show up on your mat.
Price includes unlimited yoga classes for the duration of the series for students who are not currently members. Standard Monthly Members get a 10% discount, and Premium Monthly or Annual Members get 15% off.
