6-Week Baking Boot Camp

Dive into the world of baking with our comprehensive Baking Bootcamp, a 6-week hands-on cooking class that will transform you into a confident and skilled baker. Each week, you'll embark on a new culinary adventure, honing your techniques and expanding your baking repertoire.

From mastering the art of perfect pie crusts and flaky pastries to creating an array of delicious breads, cakes, cookies, and pastries, this course covers it all. You'll learn essential skills such as dough handling, decorating, and precise measurements.

Our Baking Bootcamp is designed for both beginners and those looking to refine their baking skills. By the end of the 6 weeks, you'll have the knowledge and expertise to create delectable baked goods that will impress friends and family.

Classes are 10:00am - 2:00pm every Sunday.

Week 1: Cookies

Week 3: Cake/Buttercream

• Classic Yellow Layer Cake

Week 4: Cake Finishing/Quick Bread/Muffins

• Finish Cake-Piping Techniques
• Dinner Roll
• Biscuits
• Lemon Poppyseed Muffin w/ Glaze

Week 5: Laminated Dough/Savory Baking

• Day 1: Croissants
• Focaccia with Caramelized Red Onion, Pancetta, and Oregano
• Asparagus Tart with Goat Cheese and Mushrooms

Week 6: Laminating/Custard/Cheesecake

• Day 2: Croissants
• Creme Brulee
• No Bake Cheesecake vs French

Your purchase includes:

• One seat in the class
• Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class
• Live step-by-step cooking instruction

Classes are approximately 3 hours - 3.5 hours

Missed Class Policy:

• Students cannot miss the first class. If you do, you must start over in the next available semester. Refund or Credit will be given based on our terms and conditions.
• If you miss one class, students can make up the classed missed in the next semester, and continue on with the rest of the semester.
• If two classes are missed and you would like to make up missed classes next semester, you must pay an additional $85 per class missed, ($170)
• If three or more classes are missed, you cannot finish this semester, and must pay $85 x 3 class ($255) for the next semester.
• Exception: If you get sick, we will wave the fee with a doctor's note. Please do not come to class ill.
