6 week Advanced Lifting Class!! 💪🏼💪🏼 This class is a good fit for people who have some basic experience in weightlifting, and want to improve their strength, muscle hypertrophy, technique, and hit some new personal records!!! Advanced Weightlifting is part of the small group training programs. This means that the class will only have a few (max 4) participants so that you can get expert guidance and attention from me. Fellow classmates cheer you on, creating an encouraging atmosphere.
