Parking – 20 S Main- Additional 44 spots at their HQ building at 200 Diversion – Parking lot is connected via an outdoor walkway.
Instructor – Patrik Welty broker with Legacy Realty Professionals – donating his time
CE credits – 6 hours total – four legal, one ethics, one fair housing – exceeds the yearly requirement with the two extra-legal hours.
Fee - $25 donation to the charity of their choice: RPAC and Leader Dog for the Blind.
