This retreat is held in a place where it is possible to unwind and become still. Alongside this, the standard of teaching is very high. You will be held in a safe space where you can explore what is holding you back and learn authentic and valuable tools for approaching life in a new way. This will open possibilities and the capacity to face life's challenges.It will focus on building resilience and clear aims. It will be held by Emily (who will be teaching the yoga classes) and Cecilia (who will be running the inquiry sessions). There will be two yoga classes and two sessions with Cecilia every day as well as time to explore the lovely area and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The yoga is suitable for everyone and we welcome both those with experience as well as beginners. Cecilia will be providing a contained space for participants to explore the theme of resilience both personally and theoretically.
Our work will be a mixture of educational, practical, as well personal exploratory investigation. Cecilia will be bringing her 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist to provide an opportunity for greater self-awareness, as well as a deeper dive into one's own journey from adversity to resilience.
Great care is given to the quality of the food served on the retreat. It will be 100% organic, much of it grown on the farm. People sleep very well here and there is very low mobile phone reception so it is a space where you can fully regenerate and come to stillness.
Please note there are animals on the property. A puppy and three cats but none of the animals are allowed in the yoga room or into any of the bedrooms. They are all very friendly and love to be loved.
There are many accommodation options available from dorm rooms and camping to large ensuite rooms - this way we can suit all budgets. We like our retreats to be accessible to all.
