Life is super busy, and if You do not make time for your health you WILL take time for your sickness. This is MORE than an exercise class this is moving your body, while learning how to calm the mind. If you have a tendency to over-schedule or get overwhelmed with life this is YOUR opportunity to show yourself some kindness and let go of comparisons.
Yoga is NOT just for the flexible, it's for ANYONE that has the willingness to learn. I take the scary out of yoga. My name is Valerie Thompson and my goal is to help people feel good in their body and mind. Whether you’re a workout expert or a total newbie to fitness, this class is for you! (and no, you don't have to be able to touch your toes!)We will learn the basics of breath work, meditation, and of course yoga and how you can implement these into your daily life and how they can help you age well!
