Take a step towards a healthier and more active lifestyle with our FREE 5x5 program at Fairy Meadow this October - November !5x5 is a free, non-competitive walking event for the whole community. Set out over a 5km route, the course is completed once a week for 5 weeks. This weekly walking group focuses on movement, wellbeing and social connection.
Each week we’ll meet at Fairy Meadow Surf Life Saving Club at 9:30am. From there, we’ll enjoy a gentle 2.5km walk through the beautiful Puckeys Nature Reserve, turning around at North Wollongong Surf Life Saving Club. We’ll then return to Fairy Meadow to complete the 5km loop.
Enjoy the chance to meet new people and chat with our friendly health promotion officers and volunteers. Light refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the walk.

Things to Remember:
Please bring a water bottle and hat
Please ensure that you are fit enough to walk 5k (3.1 miles) with us.
Parking is available at Fairy Meadow Surf Club, however, please consider sustainable transport options such as walking, cycling, or catching the bus ( 55A or 55C free bus)
