Healing circles are facilitated intuitively based on the needs of the individuals and the group as a whole, and can include energy healing for each person in attendance based on their stated physical, emotional, mental or spiritual needs.
We start with a grounding meditation, we release energies accumulated over time and we will end with a Heart centered and Gratitude meditation to create an intentions for the future.
