Music, chowder, and a full day of fun on the beach �The 5th Annual Southwest Chowderfest, presented by Anderson Toyota will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor 4 from 12-6pm. Two local nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, Soroptimist International of Lake Havasu City and the Lake Havasu Chamber Foundation for Education and Leadership (CFEL), are partnering as event organizers.
Professional chefs from local restaurants will vie for the coveted Golden Ladle and the honor of being named the best chowder maker in the friendly competition. Attendees will get to sample the chowders and vote for their favorite. There will also be several breweries and distilleries providing samples. A variety of local vendors and food trucks will be on site as well.
Live music will keep the crowds entertained as they enjoy chowder and comradery.
