Saturday, November 8th is the 5th Annual Pumpkin Smash from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Lake Springfield Beach House, Center Park (240 Long Bay Drive). This year we have added a couple additional items to this event!
This event will feature:
•Pumpkin Smashing: Compost your pumpkins in a fun and eco-friendly way!
•Touch-a-Truck Display: Great for kids and families to explore!
•Food Trucks
•Food Drive (11 a.m. – 3 p.m.): Bring nonperishable food donations to support the Central Illinois Foodbank and help families in need this holiday season.
•Free Paper Shredding (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.): Affordable Shred will provide secure, sustainable document disposal.
