Join us for the 5th Annual Earth Day Celebration in the wilds of historic downtown Carlisle, PA on Saturday April 26, 2024 from 12-4 pm. This year’s event also corresponds with Arbor Day, in honor of the trees, and our event will be a complete celebration of The Earth, The Trees, and Life Wild & Free!
The Earth Day Celebration will take place in the Carlisle Borough parking lots on West Chapel Ave, adjacent to Earth Artisan & Outfitter. Parking for the event is available on the street for free, and in the Pomfret Street parking garage for an hourly fee. We highly recommend carpooling, walking, biking, hiking, wheeling, skipping, running, jumping, and dancing in your way in!
The 5th Annual Earth Day Celebration is a free, family friendly community event to mindfully connect people to the planet with environmental experts, eco-organizations, and educators providing information, resources, and activities to help our community learn, grow, share, and connect to life in the bigger picture! There will be also be activities, games, music, food, raffles & special guests throughout the afternoon, as well as an opportunity to Shop Small with earth-based artists & makers.
The 5th Annual Earth Day Celebration is an Outdoor, Rain or Shine event. Please come prepared for whatever Mother Nature has in store! We also recommend bringing a backpack or bag for information and takeaways you gather at the event. There will also be items for sale at booths by eco-educators & eco-organizations to support their environmental work and initiatives, as well as by eco-vendors and earth-based artists taking part in this awesome afternoon celebrating our planet! Our shop will also be open for earth-based art, goods, gear & guides for home, garden & trail.
