Raise a glass and loosen your tongue — it’s Burns Night at Rollertown. We’re celebrating Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns, the only way that feels right: loud, lively, and a little rebellious. This free-to-attend night features live band performances by Plunk Murray, delivering high-energy Celtic punk anthems, foot-stomping rhythms, and rowdy sing-alongs that feel straight out of a packed pub in Glasgow. Expect multiple full-band sets throughout the evening, with plenty of chances to shout, toast, and sway with a pint in hand. Mueller Wagyu will be selling Haggis.
Of course, no Burns Night would be complete without tradition. The ceremonial Entry of the Haggis arrives to the sound of the pipes, followed by classic Scottish toasts — including the legendary Toast to the Haggis, Toast to the Lassies, and Toast to the Lads — all delivered with humor, heart, and a healthy dose of punk attitude courtesy of Plunk Murray.
Add cold Rollertown beer, strong spirits, communal cheers, and a room full of mischief-makers, and you’ve got a Burns Night that Robert Burns himself would raise a glass to.
