Bounce Yoga is as simple as it sounds. Vinyasa or Flow style yoga but replace the calm Himalayan chants with Migos 2Chainz New Orleans Bounce and other twerk-inducing music. After the flow we skip the protein shakes and instead refuel with Mimosas... There is Vitamin C in there somewhere...
The flow will be led by yoga instructors from New Orleans. They are registered yoga instructors and teachers with over 200hrs.
She will take yall through a fun challenging all-levels flow that also requires an explicit language. Shit gets real...
