RULES:

-- Contestants must cook at least 5qts of chili for tasting.

-- Chili must be made from scratch

-- Contestants must bring a list of ingredients on an index card, no surprises

-- No limit on hotness

-- Make it with meat, without meat, whatever. Just make it. You are only required to use 32oz of BHB beer in your chili as an ingredient.

-- It will be anonymous, you will be assigned a number and it will be presented in front of your chili

-- You must provide either a dutch oven, crock pot, or something to contain your chili in to serve.
