What is needed:
Workout segment-
The Student-Athletes will participate in a 30 minute workout. Student-Athletes should wear athletic clothing: Athletic Shirt, Athletic Shorts, Athletic Shoes, Child's Inhaler if asthmatic, and bring a water bottle.
Enrollment segment-
Original Birth Certificate of Child, Immunization Records of Child, Proof of Residency Document, Parent/Guardian Identication Card (ID).
