Vertrouwen op die innerlijke aantrekkingskracht is als een kompas dat je leidt naar wat het verstand niet kan zien. Voel wat er in je beweegt terwijl je danst en luister naar de leiding van binnenuit. Laat de alchemie van overgave zich omvormen tot wijsheid. Vertrouw op het ritme van je dans en geef je over aan de pure trilling van je authentieke zelf.
Deze dansdag is een unieke kans om het einde van dit jaar op een prachtige manier af te sluiten – om tijd te nemen voor diepere verbinding, om te genieten en te vertrouwen in overgave, golf na golf, totdat de stilte jou opzoekt op het pad naar het nieuwe jaar.
Katrien Mazijn is 5 Rhythms®-docent en lerares piano en muziekgeschiedenis. De 5 Rhythms® laten me telkens opnieuw volledig verbinden met mijn lichaam en wekken mijn creativiteit tot leven. Ik hou van deze non-verbale, meditatieve, bewegende vorm van communicatie. Naast dansen geeft de natuur mij een diep gevoel van vrijheid. De eenvoud en schoonheid van de natuur brengen me rust en laten me heerlijk opladen.

Katrien Mazijn is a 5 Rhythms® teacher and a teacher of piano and music history. The 5 Rhythms® allow me to fully connect with my body again and again and awaken my creativity.
