IMPACTWe all want and need connection.
As humans, as mammals, connection is how we regulate, relate, survive and thrive.
In this workshop we’ll address that subtle (and often not-so-subtle) area where we receive and transmit information, where we feel connection happening.
This place is always active: gaging, engaging, receiving, reacting, defining, defending, opening… the zone of IMPACT.
We’ll explore how we impact others with our words, stories and actions.
We’ll investigate how we receive words, stories and actions from the world around us.
We’ll use the map of the 5Rhythms© to peel away the layers that hinder our reception of the abundance around us and that stop our light from shining through.
We’ll let each Rhythm help us remember to trust our breath, our body, ourselves and each other.

IMPACT
Nous avons tous un désir et un besoin de contact.
En tant qu'humains, en tantque mammifères, cette connexion nous aide à réguler, à créer des liens, à survivre et à s’épanouir.
Cet atelier vise à explorer cette zone subtile (et souvent moins subtile!) où nous recevons et transmettons les informations relationnelles, où nous ressentons le contact.
Cet espace est toujours actif : évaluer, engager, recevoir, réagir, définir, défendre, ouvrir... la zone de l'IMPACT.
Nous explorerons comment nous influençons les autres par nos mots, nos histoires et nos actions. Nous allons investiguer comment nous recevons les mots, les histoires et les actions de ce qui nous entoure.
La pratique 5Rythmes© nous aidera à éliminer les entraves à notre réception de l'abondance qui nous entoure et qui empêchent notre lumière de briller.
Nous laisserons chaque Rythme nous aider à nous souvenir de faire confiance à notre souffle, notre corps, à nous-mêmes et les uns aux autres.
Quel impact avons-nous sur le monde ? Quel impact le monde a-t-il sur nous ?
Dansons ensemble dans cette zone et voyons comment nous pouvons adoucir l'impact.
