You are warmly invited to an evening of dance, to welcome in the new year through the natural high of dance, connectedness, and visioning.
This 5Rhythms event will have shape and structure with guided ceremony. Please let me know in advance if you expect to need to leave before the end (e.g. for childcare).
This is a fully conscious event so no alcohol or other drugs please. There will be drinks and savoury nibbles at midnight, and herb teas and water available throughout the evening.
Previous experience of 5 Rhythms is not necessary but, if you have not yet done so, why not join one of my regular Monday drop-in classes in Oxford.

Early booking is advised. There may be some tickets on the door, but this is not guaranteed so booking in advance is highly recommended. Ticket sales will end at midday on the day of the event and tickets on the door will be £45.
