About this Event
In this weekend Heartbeat workshop, we will re-ignite our desires and dreams while exploring and hopefully clearing all that may obscure or extinguish our passion. As we get older and experience the wear and tear and disappointments that life so often feeds us, we may have lost some of our own commitment to the truth found in our heart-belly. Over the three days, we will work with some of the ways that we are held apart and ways we may disconnect ourselves from our authentic center of power. We source our courage to feel deeply, and act as if our life depended on it, because we know it does!
Karen has been in love with the 5Rhythms® Practice for twenty-five years. She completed her teacher training in 2011 (Gabrielle Roth's last training), and her Heartbeat training in 2019. She has led 5RHYTHMS throughout the USA, Sweden and Hungary. As a performing professional violist, she has concertized with many wonderful musicians, including Leonard Besnstein, YoYo Ma, Sting, Billy Joel and Michael Jackson. She has played with Houston Symphony, New York Philharmonc. She has led Houston Grand Opera and Dallas Opera as Principal Viola. She often combines leading 5Rhythms® workshops with working with musicians. Her passions also include working with Healing Loss, Alzheimer patients and cancer survivors.
