We practice on the dance floor.
The 5Rhythms practice treats opposites as part of a whole, like dark and light, our polarities can co-exist in an interconnected field.
In this 5Rhythms lab we will spend more time moving with each of the 5Rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness™.
We will explore the polarities in each one calling in a deeper, fuller dance with ourselves and the world around us.
Workshops are a powerful opportunity to deepen your dance practice and broaden your understanding of the 5Rhythms.
First timers and seasoned dancers are encouraged to attend the lab.
This workshop is open to all levels and abilities. Numbers are limited so be sure to secure your spot.
