5K Walk & Talk for Ireland's National Workplace Wellbeing Day

Ireland's National Workplace Wellbeing Day takes place on April 26th 2024 and Workplace Wellbeing Ireland is organising a 5K Walk & Talk in the Phoenix Park to help you start your day in the best possible way.

We'll meet just before 7.30AM at the Hole in the Wall car park on Blackhorse Avenue by the Phoenix Park. We'll head for a light 5K stroll in the park so wear appropriate clothing and footwear. The Hole in the Wall have kindly offered to provide porridge afterwards so there'll be plenty of time for a chat during and after the walk. We'll be done and dusted by 9.30AM.

Please register to help us manage the numbers. Parking is available at the Hole in the Wall car park for those that arrive early.

No Registration = No Porridge!

The Work Well Community

The Work Well Institute, Workplace Wellbeing Ireland and our community are for those working directly in workplace wellbeing, senior leaders and HR professionals tasked with wellness promotion in their organisations and anyone that is passionate about making their workplace a healthier place to be.

The importance of investing in the health of our workforce is slowly being understood. We believe that by working together we can build on the momentum and share this message with many more people while at the same time improving the quality of the services that we offer.
