NOTE: please meet at the main lot, near the picnic shell and bathrooms.
This is the homestretch, and our final group training run before the big day of the Christmas Classic 5k! Let's have some fun, and get it done!
First 5k: Run for 12 minutes, walk for 2 minutes, 3 times
Best 5k: 5-6 miles
