Turkey Trot Prep!8-Week Training Program
October 1st - November 21st
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am
*Gym Cross Training 2x/week
Strength, mobility, and endurance exercise that is not walking/running will help build stamina, improve performance & prevent injury!
*Walk/Run Exercise Plan
The trainer will provide a plan and accountability to work on building you up to 3.2 miles of walking or walk/run intervals to prepare for turkey trot.
$50 for Fitness Plus Members
