Want to join in on the fun, but not sure where to start? We have you covered! With our beginner-friendly Couch to 5K Training Program for The Big Run, you'll build the fitness and confidence to cross the finish line at The Big Run on Global Running Day.
The 8-week program, designed for beginners, will begin on April 10 and culminate with The Big Run on June 4. It will provide everything you need to cross the finish line happily and healthily on Global Running Day.
