5k for the Kids

The Appalachian State Order of Omega is proud to host the 3rd Annual 5K for the Kids, benefiting the Watauga Children's Council. This exciting event brings together the Appalachian State community for a day of fitness, fun, and philanthropy, all while supporting a cause that directly impacts local children.

This year’s theme is "Jersey"—whether you want to rep your favorite sports team, dress like you’re heading to the big game, or go full Jersey Shore, the choice is yours! Get creative, have fun, and show off your best Jersey look as we run to make a difference and help provide vital resources to the Watauga Children's Council!
