5K Challenge (+Run Club)

How it works:

• This 5K Challenge is You vs. You! We will have a designated route around Fort McHenry or can be accommodated for individuals on the treadmill.
• Record your baseline time the week of October 21st, train like you mean it for 6-weeks and come back the week of December 2nd ready to beat your time! (Options to train with a group, on your own or with a trainer)
• We will meet in the Fort Avenue lobby Mondays and Wednesdays at 5PM starting October 28th for group runs/walks.

Program options:

• $25 Baseline Entry (inclubes T-Shirt, Run/Walk Club, Post-Training Event)
• $50 Baseline Entry + Programming (includes Mobility Workouts and Run Schedule)
• $100 for Baseline Entry + Programming + 2 Personal Training Sessions
