Workshop: The Perfect Active day
To celebrate the end of our "New Year Gentle Reset Challenge" we'll craft the "Perfect Active day" with the help of other 4 amazing providers.
Maryjean Starr - Pelvic Floor PT, Feisty Pelvic Power will open the day with a guided breathing visualization of sweeping the pelvic floor to warm up our Core before jumping into a great Total Body Field day style workout.
Karina Wenker - Preconception & Perinatal Nutritionist, Real Food Roots will tell us everything about the perfect nutrition during these transformative phases of our lives.
Andie Otto - Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Menopause Coach and Nutritionist, Nourished Wellness will then jump in bringing all her expertise about Peri-Menopause & Menopause.
While drafting our perfect but sustainable active routines respecting our busy lives but prioritizing ourself,
Abigail Robson - Pelvic Floor PT, Pelvicore Therapeutics will stretch and treat our bodies with a mini-cupping session. Cupping helps muscles by increasing local blood flow, improving tissue mobility, and reducing tension, which can support pain relief and faster recovery.
