In 2024 we launched the "56 HARD CHALLENGE" two times and it is always an incredible success! This will be our 5th Challenge!Not only does this challenge focus on weight loss and building muscle, but it also focuses on being conscious of your actions and keeping consistent. The TWO main tools for long term success!
People make the most changes when they are challenged not only with nutrition but in combination with the grit of other daily, small challenges. Conscious challenges, conscious goals.
We will be launching, 56 HARD CHALLENGE 3.0 on Sunday, January 19th at 8:30am.
I know you are thinking, "ahhh man.... "I'll be out of town."
WELL, so what??
One of the best parts of the program is that you can complete it anywhere. You don't need to workout at HIIT56 or be local to us to participate and be successful. The program is about 8 daily conscious tasks that can be completed everywhere.
We will be launching the next FREE ORIENTATION for the 56 HARD CHALLENGE on Sunday, January 19th at 8:30am. at HiiT56.
We start off the program with a FREE ORIENTATION at 8:30am. Orientation runs for about 20 minutes. If you decide after orientation that you would like to participate in the 56-day program, you will stay until about 10:30am.
If you decide after the 20-minute orientation that the program isn't for you, you can leave without any judgement. This gives you the ability to hear all about it and make a decision to commit or not.
If you decide, “HELL YEAH, LET’S DO THIS”, you will receive you’re the following:
📕 56 Hard Journal // This is the MOST IMPORTANT piece of this challenge - It will be your life for 56 days!
⚖️ Weekly Weigh-In with Body Fat Analysis using the FDA approved, INBODY // This also includes the INBODY app that you will download to keep track of your progress electronically in addition to your journal. Initial Weigh-In will take place at Orientation on Sunday, January 19th.
📏 Weekly Measurements by Trainer using SMART MEASUREMENT // This also includes the SMART MEASUREMENT app that you will download to keep track of your progress electronically in addition to your journal. Initial Measurements will take place on Sunday, January 19th.
🍎 60-Minute Nutrition Seminar // Led by Nutritionist, Claudia Ross. Seminar will take place on Sunday, January 19th.
☎️ 56 Hard WhatsApp Support and Informational Forum with Trainers and Nutritionist, Claudia Ross // The forum is a wonderful tool to hold yourself accountable, share wins and losses, give tips or insight, and ask questions.

56 HARD CHALLENGE is a mental and physical challenge, designed to develop your ability to keep your own promises to yourself.
It will require you to have strict discipline and follow the program with ZERO EXCUSES.
No matter where you are at physically, you can do the tasks required for this challenge.
You will be tempted to cheat and compromise. You will be tempted to try to change things a little to suit your preferences, but that is part of the mental challenge you need to accomplish...to be able to follow the requirements EXACTLY!
