Headquarters with raffle, 50/50 tickets, and hot foods (chowder, chili, burgers, hot dogs, coffee, and hot cocoa) will be at Crystal Beach as usual. ANGLERS: THIS IS A VIRTUAL ICE FISHING TOURNAMENT: All angler entries must be purchased throug the Fish Donkey app. Details on the tournament will be found in the app. https://www.fishdonkey.com/ Non-fishing raffle tickets will be available at these locations - Tom's Bait & Tackle in Bomoseen * Mart's Sporting Goods in Poultney * online, or by Venmo. Raffle and 50/50 tickets can be purchase prior via Venmo, check, or with a Rotarian directly. No fishing tickets will be sold after 12 noon on Saturday. All tickets sold between 12 noon Saturday and 1pm Sunday will be eligible for all raffle prizes. Over $10,000 in cash prizes!! You do not have to be there to win! We will mail you your prize! Adult Tickets $25 / Youth (12 & under) $5. Please note all rules: TICKET SALES 1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be made. Please make sure your registration form entrant information is accurate. 2. Adult fishing & raffle tickets are $25 and kids-under-12 tickets are $5. All tickets valid both days. Children under the age of 12 can buy an adult ticket to be eligible for adult categories. 3.
PRIZE INFORMATION 1. The drawing of the BIG CASH & $250 prizes winners will be held on Sunday at approximately 3:45pm. Raffle prizes, excluding the BIG CASH & $250 prizes, will be drawn from 1pm until 3pm on Sunday and posted online. 2. Winners need not be present to win, but ID is required to claim prizes. Unclaimed gift certificates and cash prizes will be mailed to registered winner. Larger prizes will be held for pick up. Unclaimed prizes become the property of the Slate Valley Rotary Club after 30 days. 3. Multiple fish may be entered by an angler, however only one fish per category can win a cash prize.
VT Fishing Rules: All anglers must comply with VT Fish & Game laws– go to www.vtfishandwildlife.com for updates to bait rules and regulations. Fish must be legally and freshly caught on 2/22nd or 2/23rd through the ice from any fresh VT waters or Champlain by a ticket holder. 2. A derby ticket and valid VT fishing license will be required when entering fish for the board. Any fish entered in the Northern Pike category must be no less than 33 inches in length. 4. All fish must be entered through Fish Donkey app by 3pm on Sunday. Multiple fish may be entered but only one prize per person per category may win. 5. Rotary & Derby Officials are not liable for anyone injured while participating in the Derby and/or due to ice conditions.
All participants hereby accept these rules. In the interpretation of rules and the settlement of disputes, the decision of the derby judges shall be final and binding.
