Ayurveda, Yoga & Vedic Sciences’ purpose is to find your true self & life purpose, rebalance body & mind health, and claim your wealth. All levels are welcome to participate.

Morning Yoga practice includes 35 minutes of (Asana) postures to heal the body and mind, and secondarily build muscle tonality & flexibility. In addition, Yoga postures gently activate marmani (“acupressure” points) to bring the body and mind back to balance. Vedic Yoga practice also includes 5 minutes of prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम), “control of lifeforce/breath”) exercises to increase the oxygenation/lifeforce (“prāṇa”) throughout the body and up to 1.5 hours minutes of silence/meditation.
You will benefit by re-discovering your true Self; and secondarily experiencing increased energy, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, as well as be more balanced in your emotions throughout the day.
Every class is folllowed by an Ayurveda and Vedic Sciences community discussion where questions to your health/wellness concerns and curiosities are answered from an Vedanta and Ayurvedic perspective.
