Greetings and Happy New Year,The OWCA is extremely excited about the opportunity to showcase our 2026 Seniors as they go up against the best Pennsylvania wrestlers in the 52nd Annual Pittsburgh Wrestling Classic, "The Rose Bowl of High School Wrestling" scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2026 in Pennsylvania.
Our goal is to not only put together the most competitive squad possible but also fund this trip at almost zero cost to the athletes and the coaches. In order to make this happen we need the Oklahoma Wrestling Community to come together help us out with their kind donations or sponsorship; every dollar counts!
Our budget for this event is approximately $37,000.00 and our overall goal is to raise $40,000 to offset any possible future inflationary costs. Any amount that is raised above our needed funding will go towards the 2026 All-State Senior Duals for both boys and girls in each classification.
We will be utilizing the Zeffy fundraising website, which is a free website and is operated strictly on customer donations in providing non-profits such as ours a platform to raise much needed funds. Donations to the Zeffy organization is strictly voluntary, you can set the amount you donate to zero dollars or whatever kind donation you may want to make.
Please send out the attached information to all your wrestling families, supporters, JH/MS squad, club team (if applicable) and any sponsors/donors who may want to help to promote this great event and help us meet our fundraising goals. If anyone needs assistance with the donation platform, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
