Registration for The Barefoot Open, is officially open! This is our 51st year and this is the longest continually running regatta on Lake Lanier! This event is being held September 26 - 28 and includes two days of racing, dinner and dancing Saturday evening at the University Yacht Club, and ends with an awards ceremony.
Know anyone who wants to race? You don't need to be a club member to participate!
If you have a boat, sign up to race. If you want to race but don't have a boat, you can sign up as crew and we'll pair you with a skipper.
You'll need to sign up to attend the Saturday evening dinner and party. It's $40/person.
Did you know we sell BFO t-shirts? We have men's and women's short and long sleeve shirts available for purchase. From small to 3XL You can order one (or more) when you register for the race and dinner.
