Hey everyone So let’s go hike what is a bucket list hike for many. The entire trail is roughly 8 miles but, anyone is free to turn back early if they would like. The distance is merely a suggestion.
Let’s talk air quality. As of Tuesday I heard it sucks. We are not anticipating it suck but Saturday morning but who knows. We will stay flexible.
Brings shoes with traction
Bring at least 48 ounces and more of water.
Come layered.
Bring a mask in your bag just in case we come up on some bad air from any fire.
Bring snacks, I’d even bring a lunch. We will stop at the midpoint and hang out I’m sure long enough to refuel.
Bring a smile.
This hike route is a suggestion. Nobody has to do this hike. If you feel confident and good about it, hey, let’s get together and make it happen. Will be a great time and hike.
We meet at the trailhead. Rally together, quick warm up and water check and we out.
If anyone needs hike sticks, let me know ASAP via the event thread so I can bring extra pairs.
