option 1 - Chicken à la Basquaise with rice (onions, garlic, thyme, bay leaves, peppers, smoked bacon, tomato sauce, paprika)
option 2 - Boeuf à la Française (beef bourguignon) with potatoes (smoked bacon, onions, garlic, thyme, carrots, red wine sauce, parsley)
8 pm - evening dance with music
