During this training, you learn how to teach and share the powerful healing practice of Yin Yoga.
The course is designed to provide a foundation for teaching Yin Yoga skillfully, from the heart with compassion and awareness.

DATES: This course is 6 days and will be held in 2 parts (2 long weekends).
Part 1: Fri 10, Sat 11 & Sun 12 January 2025
Part 2: Fri 24, Sat 25 & Sun 26 January 2025
TIMES: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (times may vary a bit depending on the day)
During the break between part 1 and 2, you have time to digest and integrate what you learn. During the break, there will also be some self-study and self-practice to do in your own time.

This course gives you a solid foundation of the theory and methodology of Yin Yoga.
You will learn how Yin Yoga poses work along the body’s meridians and about the effects on the biomechanics of the body including how the poses work on the fascia and connective tissues.
You will also explore how Yin Yoga works on deep energetic levels. And how you can use it to still your mind and balance your emotional body.
This course will provide you with a clear understanding of the beautiful power of Yin Yoga, to deepen your own yoga practice, or/ and to share this with your (future) students.

I work with small groups of up to a max of 8 people. Therefore I can give personal attention to all the trainees.
This 50 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is registered with Yoga Alliance® USA. This international body sets international standards for Yoga Teacher Training Programs.
Upon completion of this yoga teacher training course, students will receive a certificate for 50 hours of Yin Yoga Training.
